Item Details

The Pee Mats are approximately 8.5” in diameter. They are made with an inner and outer layer of Anti Pill Polar Fleece. Sandwiched between the fleece layers is an absorbent layer and a waterproof layer. They fit in both the cuddle cup beds and the drawstring beds.

· All measurements are approximate and please be aware there may be the odd imperfection due to this being a handmade product

Safety

Please be aware that all products are made with the safety and comfort of you precious furries in mind. Seams are hidden to avoid any loose threads getting caught in little toes.

Washing/Care

Can be washed at 30c.Use a non-biological detergent. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY.

For best results pull into shape while still wet and allow to air dry fully.

In stock items will be posted and tracked by Royal Mail asap. Tracking numbers will be provided by email after payment.
When possible I will try to repurpose and recycle materials for posting. I don't like throwing away cardboard boxes that could be reused, preferring to repurpose them and save them ending in landfill.

Custom Items
Custom items will take longer to post as they are made to order so please be aware they will take longer. I will aim to have custom items posted within two weeks of receiving the order but again it depends on my order list. i also have a farm and sometimes the animals don't play ball and my spare time is limited. I will however endeavour to post orders out asap and will keep you informed of any possible delays to my two week target.

Standard Returns

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please send photos by email identifying the fault within 7 days to discuss a return and refund.

Return Shipping

Buyer pays:
If the return is not due to a fault and has been agreed with the seller, the buyer
will be responsible for the shipping fee.

Seller pays:
If the return is through a fault or damage in transit the seller will offer refund postage costs and may also refund the original postage costs if the item is returned within 14 days.
